Functions
The Quality Inn Railway Motel & Function Centre has 3 dedicated rooms available for all your function requirements.
Our in house Kitchen and Catering Facilities allow all functions to be catered for with a wide selection of options including set menus, buffet, alternate drop, cocktail food or the flexibility to cater to your specific requirements.
BOARDROOM
The Boardroom is a small private room. It is suited for small meetings and presentations of up to 10 guests. It can also be used for a private dinner offering silver service.
It contains a wall mounted 50in Plasma TV for all your presentation needs and is fully air conditioned.
PROSPECTOR ROOM
The Prospector Room is our medium sized room. It is suited for meetings and presentations up to 25 guests and cocktail functions up to 40 guests.
It offers wonderful natural light, an open airy feeling, close proximity to the bar, along with full AV facilities, air conditioning and flexible configurations.
JOHN FORREST ROOM
The John Forrest Room is our large function room that can seat up to 100 people for a cocktail event or theatre style and up to 60 people at round tables for presentations or meetings.
The room is highly configurable and is ideal for weddings, display presentations, training courses or private parties. The room is equipped with its own bar, entrance and dance floor. It also features reverse cycle air conditioning and Free WiFi for all guests.
